The loan proceeds of this $5 Million USDA B&I loan were used to acquire equipment that will be used to repair and refurbish the Limetree Bay Refinery in St. Croix, USVI.

Vivot Industries Virgin Islands, LLC  and the Vivot companies are the exclusive contractor and equipment operator for the $2 Billion refinery refurbishment project which will be vital to the local economy. Once finished, the refinery will be the second largest facility in the western hemisphere, capable of refining a maximum of 650,000 barrels of oil per day and storing 34 Million barrels of petroleum.

Thomas USAF has now originated and purchased guaranteed portions of 9 USDA and SBA loans, totaling $40,000,000, for Vivot Equipment Corporation and its affiliates!
