In 1980, Mile Thomas mule his first loan to PruittHealth for their facility in Baldwin, Georgia. Over the years, we have arranged over 20 loans utilizing SBA, USDA (B&I), HUD and new market tax credits in excess of $80 Million to PruittHealth These loans have been in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Since 2003, we have purchased the guaranteed portion on all Pruitt USDA loans, cashing the lender out and paying them a handsome premium.
