Clemson Heritage Assisted Living Facility

The SBA 504 financing helped facilitate the construction of the Assisted Living Facility in Clemson, South Carolina that will employ 36 people. The combined first and second mortgage financing totals $13,248,000 with contributions from Thomas USAF of $4,750,000.

In 2014, Thomas USAF Group purchased the 8.27acre plot of land to build the assisted and independent living facility known today as Clemson Heritage Assisted Living, LLC. The Facility opened after 21 months of construction in the Fall of 2019. The on-site management is Senior Solutions Management Group (SSMG).

The Senior Care facility has 72 rooms which consist of 48 rooms for the assisted living residents and 24 rooms for memory care residents. Additionally, there are 14 independent living cottages on the property with access to the many amenities of the community. The total bedroom count is 100 and the total bed count is 130. Private and semi- private rooms are available. The building is state of the art design and located on a single story which is both convenient for the residents and cost efficient for the employees to have ready access to care for the residents. The Facility is located near the University of Clemson and the downtown area with good proximity to medical care as well as arts and entertainment.
