The loan proceeds of this $5 Million USDA B&I loan were used to acquire equipment that will be used to repair and refurbish the Limetree Bay Refinery in St. Croix, USVI.

Caribbean Crane & Rigging, LLC and the Vivot companies are the exclusive contractor and equipment operator for the $2 Billion refinery refurbishment project which will be vital to the local economy. Once finished, the refinery will be the second largest facility in the western hemisphere, capable of refining a maximum of 650,000 barrels of oil per day.

Thomas USAF has now originated and purchased guaranteed portions of 8 USDA and SBA loans, totaling $35,000,000, for Vivot Equipment Corporation and its affiliates!
